Terms of service

Terms and Conditions:
- 50% (non-refundable) pre-payment will be required for orders above 10,000 PKR for security purposes, order will be placed after a proof of payment is shared with Team Cherm.
- Damaged / faulty products can be exchanged within 7 days after being received by the customer. In such cases, delivery charges will be covered by us.
- Change of mind for exchange is not applicable. We do not offer any kind of returns.
- Any article bought during sale can not be exchanged after the sale ends.
- Estimated delivery time for Karachi is 4-6 working days and for other cities is 7-9 working days.
- Delivery time will be slightly affected during public holidays and occasions.
